Bake oat cookies

Crispy oat cookies are an easy bake where oat flakes add flavour and texture. They're ready in under an hour.

You will need

• 150 g butter
• 1.5 dl sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 dl oat flakes
• 1.5 dl plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Steps

1. Heat the oven

   Heat the oven to 200 °C and line baking trays with baking paper.

2. Melt the butter

3. Stir in the sugar

4. Add the egg

5. Add the dry ingredients

6. Spoon onto the tray

7. Bake

8. Cool
