Bake Christmas tarts

Joulutortut (Christmas star tarts) are the most traditional Finnish Christmas pastry. They're easy to make with ready-made puff pastry.

You will need

• 2 packs of puff pastry sheets
• Prune marmalade or prune jam
• 1 egg for brushing
• Icing sugar

Steps

1. Thaw the pastry

   Thaw the puff pastry sheets as instructed on the packet.

2. Heat the oven

3. Cut the sheets

4. Add the filling

5. Fold into a star

6. Brush

7. Bake

8. Finish
