Bake chocolate brownies
Brownies are a moist, dense chocolate treat. The key is the right baking time: the centre should stay slightly moist.
You will need
- 200 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 2.5 dl sugar
- 1.5 dl plain flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
Steps
Prepare the tin
Heat the oven to 175 °C and line a tin of about 20 x 30 cm with baking paper.
Melt the butter and chocolate
Whisk the eggs and sugar
Combine with the chocolate
Add the dry ingredients
Pour into the tin
Bake
Cool and cut
