Grandma's korvapuusti
Juicy korvapuusti (Finnish cinnamon buns) fragrant with cardamom are a classic of Finnish baking. The secret of success is a soft dough and a patient rise.

- 1 egg + 1 for brushing
- 2 dl sugar
