Make macaroni casserole

Makaronilaatikko (Finnish macaroni casserole) is a favourite with children and adults alike. It's cheap and easy to make for a big group.

You will need

• 400 g macaroni
• 400 g minced meat
• 1 onion
• 3 eggs
• 8 dl milk
• Salt, white pepper
• Knobs of butter

Steps

1. Cook the macaroni

   Cook the macaroni in salted water for about 2 minutes less than the packet says. Drain.

2. Brown the mince

3. Mix in the dish

4. Make the egg-milk mixture

5. Pour it into the dish

6. Add the butter

7. Bake
