Recovering from everyday stress

Stress in itself isn't dangerous, but without enough recovery the load builds up and shows as tiredness, irritability and difficulty concentrating. In this guide you build ways to recover in everyday life, based on recommendations from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (Työterveyslaitos) and recovery research.

You will need

  3. Detach mentally

  4. Choose relaxing activities

  5. Add experiences of success
