Fixing your sleep rhythm

A disrupted sleep rhythm shows up as tiredness, difficulty falling asleep and low mood. The body's internal clock is best set with light, a fixed wake-up time and regular habits. This guide shows how to move your rhythm to the right place in a controlled way.

  3. Shift your rhythm gradually

  4. Get light first thing in the morning

  5. Dim your evenings

  6. Eat at regular times

  7. Keep naps short
