You can get a tax deduction for commuting and for remote work done at home, but many people never claim it or calculate it wrongly. In this guide you go through how the deductions are calculated, what receipts you need and how to report them.

  2. Work out the cheapest way to travel

  3. Record your working days

  4. Check whether you exceed the deductible

  5. Check the home office deduction

  6. Add work equipment
