Preventing swimmer's shoulder
In swimming, your shoulder does thousands of repetitions every session, so it's the most common place for swimmers to get pain. The cause is often swimming volume that has increased too quickly, a technique error or weak muscles supporting the shoulder blade. This guide helps you prevent the problem.
You will need
- A resistance band
- Dumbbells of 1–3 kg
- A swimming diary
- A kickboard
